| There are a number of excellent conventional tackle and fly fishing guides working the productive waters of the Fort Lauderdale area. Charters can be arranged on a per day or even half-day basis. Sailfish, mahi-mahi, tuna and numerous other species area big-game are but a catch away via a deep sea charter or boat rentals available in the Ft. Lauderdale marinas. Some of the world's best bass, tarpon, snook and fresh water fish species are popular in the Everglades, the borders of which are only a 15 minute drive from the rental villa. Even closer by are the numerous canals and the New River are also rife with game fish that will provide satisfying challenge for both conventional tackle and fly fishing fans alike. |
